First long course meet of the new year!    Offered to Bronze, Silver and Gold swimmers.

This meet is a pentathlon-meaning swimmers race in 5 events total.       Events offered are 50’s and 100’s of each stroke as well as 200 and 400 IM.      Sessions are split by gender for this meet.     Females will be in the first session and males in the second session.
